It was recently the 4-year anniversary of Norm Berryman's tragic early death, at age 42. He only earnt one cap for the All Blacks - in that disastrous 1998 season. He never quite fitted the mould. But domestically and in Super Rugby he was dynamic. His 3 years at the Crusaders between 1998 and 2000 coincided with 3 titles.
